The Lordag & Sondag x Textile Fever macrame bag is a summer accessory dream come true. A sophisticated and modern take on 70's boho style, the bag features a beautiful open macrame weave, wood details from Escárcega, Campeche and a leather pouch handmade in León, Guanajuato.
The design of the macrame bag is a collaboration between Lordag & Sondag and Daniela Chiñas, founder of Textile Fever. Daniela teaches macrame weaving workshops to inmates in the Correctional Facility of Oaxaca State. With their newly learned skills, the inmates were put in charge of weaving all the bags. The hope is that not only will this skill help them generate an income while in prison, but that they can use this skill to create their own crafts once released.
Measurements: 10"x 25" macrame bag, 9"x8" leather pouch

Therefore they may have small "imperfections" or slight variations of color and design between each product—we think that is part of the beauty of having something made with care by individual artisans.
